My Story

I grew up in a motor racing environment and developed a love of all things automotive from a very early age. As soon as I left school I joined a Formula 3 team and soon realised I had a talent for fixing and making things. I then joined Hall&Hall and spent a few years with them honing my fabrication skills before leaving and setting up on my own as a freelance race car mechanic and classic car restorer. Over the years I've been fortunate enough to work with some really good companies including Total Control Racing, Padgett Motor Engineers and Blizzard Motor Cars and a lot of the pictures on my website are of cars and projects I've worked on with them. My speciality is sheet metalwork and fabrication, aluminium welding and structural repairs but I also love designing and making things. I like to think I'm a problem solver and take on a lot of projects other people either won't touch or have tried and failed. I think there's always a solution and that's why I enjoy working with the people I do because they all approach each job the same way, anything's possible, it just takes a bit of imagination.
